How to leave tags?
You can leave tags on candidates' profiles to mark them with some keyword you have agreed within your team or to pin some information you have researched. That will save your colleagues' time as they would see all the tags left by the members of the team and edit or add some new ones.
You can then find that candidates using "Keyword" search field. Put # (hash) in "Keyword" and start typing needed tags and the system will suggest you the most frequently used within your team.
