Amazing Hiring acknowledges its responsibility under existing European Data Protection Law as well as forthcoming European Union General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) when it enters into force on the 25th May 2018.

Amazing Hiring has committed to ensure compliance with GDPR until 25 th of May 2018. To achieve compliance, Amazing Hiring has carried out privacy assessment, strengthened its internal policies and processes pertaining to data protection and reviewed all the security measures taken to safeguard its
data.

The measures Amazing Hiring includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • All systems associated with personal data were subject to detailed privacy assessment to assess GDPR compliance maturity with respect to the Article 25 of the GDPR – Data Protection by Design and by Default and were aligned to comply with data security controls set forth in the ISO 27001.
  • All internal processes were reviewed to incorporate data privacy considerations;
  • All Data Subject rights under the GDPR were acknowledged and implemented in the manner that data subjects can exercise their rights and AmazingHiring is able to process their requests without undue delay. E.g. data subject can request (free of charge) to access to his/her personal data and obtain a copy of such personal data in a manner acceptable to the data subject. In addition, If data subject is requesting information of the processing carried out with respect to his/her personal data, data subject will acquire information on (i) purposes of processing; (ii) categories and types of personal data; (iii) retention period; (iv) source of the relevant personal data; (v) privacy rights and information on data portability. In the same manner, data subjects will be able to request rectification of their data by submitting a request to change data. AmazingHiring ensures Data Portability, so that Data Subjects are able to request their data being transferred to another service provider and AmazingHiring provides
    such data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
  • Privacy Policy is updated to encompass information on processing carried out by Amazing Hiring.
  • Amazing Hiring introduced data minimization routines to make sure AmazingHiring does not process more information than is required for original purpose of processing.
